One-X Agent problem

I am trying to log an agent into One-X agent, I can log an extension in i.e. ext 11001 but when I try to login agent 12001 I get an error that says Enter Auxiliary Failed. I had it working at one point but now I get this error. Can anyone tell me what that error means and what I need to look at to resolve it?

You may not have an aux0 button defined on the station. Also look at the aux setting in the onex setup as well to see if it's defined there.

I think I figured it out, it has to do with the way the software handles auto-answer. There was a check box as soon as I clicked it it started working.
