Customer currently has IP Agent running on dozens of WinXP boxes, and no problems.
Customer installed One-X Agent (2.5.00467.0) on a Win7 box.
The phone is set up as a 606A1 (Callmaster 6) device.
PBX is a CM 5.2.1.
One-X Agent can log in with no problems.
One-X Agent is seen correctly when viewing skill stats on the PBX (BCMS) and updated depending on the state of the agent.
One-X Agent can make and receive ACD and regular phone calls with no problem.

HOWEVER, there is no call information displayed on the One-X Client on the PC. No ACD information, no ANI information, no internal call information. Nothing.
Aside from this item, the One-X Agent is working fine.

Has anyone run across this? If you have, how did you resolve the issue?

Thanks, in advance, for any help or suggestions.

I have a client with similar issues. Verbatim from my client:

"1. They are using a call master as a physical phone, when you log in to a station that is a call master, they don’t get the ani or names to display. If I test from my 6400, everything works fine.
2. The menus hide behind the program. If you select the program to always be on top, it works ok but they don’t want that screen always on top of all windows."

Has anyone come up with a solution?

Try changing your set type to a 603F1 (CallMaster 4). If I remember correctly the call master 6 does not have a display, there fore you would not expect to see the diaplays.

I use Type: 9630 for Avaya one-x
