has anyone seen this, where an agent using One-X Agent stores contacts on their softphone, comes in the next day and the contacts are gone?

that's what seems to happen. every time she logs out, comes in the next day, and it's gone. dedicated PC. not sure of the profile.

Are you sure they are using the Contact and not call logs? Call logs can be set to delete after x number of days.
Also, One-X is bad about corrupting the xml files.

I would think she knows the difference between the Call log and the Contact log. she's been doing this for a while. why does One-X corrupt .xml files?

As far as I know, no one knows. Avaya always blames it on Windows. Normal shows up as Error in Start-up.
