one-x agent keep disconnecting on VPN

Hi ,

we have user whose one-x agent is keep disconnecting .
and in the trace I see

denial event 2011: IP FURQ-No Q931 msg rcvd
please let me know what is causing this
 
force unregister. CM didn't get a msg from the phone it was expecting.

how often is it happening? packet captures...
 
It's happening multiple times.
Like more than 4 times in an hour
 
Reading your other post about the hold/unhold issue and how important this all is to your company I think it is time to involve Avaya or your Avaya BP and make a proper (re)design. Having said that, on the Avaya support site there is a lot of information about SIP integrations, remote works via VPN etc.
