We have deployed Avaya One X Agent (2.5) in several VMs with the sole purpose of having calls to these Virtual Agents Recorded. I want to have the feature of Greeting Triggers used. However, I see One X Agent play (The Microphone Mutes automatically)the Greeting but the audio does not play back to the caller. Any thoughts on why the audio is not playing back?
