One-X Agent Greeting Triggers

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if they've managed to successfully configure (and play) greeting triggers to the caller (One-X Agent 2.5.4) on Avaya Aura CM via the handset?

I've managed to get the triggers to play correctly when using the application as softphone, but never when it is controlling a handset.
