One-X Agent for people with disabilities in a Call Center?

Hi,
does anybody has experience with the one-x Agent and agents with disabilities?
Is it possible to use the programm especially for blind agents?
Regarding the shortcuts are the working properly?

Would be great to get some experience knowledge!
