Hi all,
I have a user whose One X Agent fails when switching from After Call Work to any Aux code. Oddly though, if I have the user go off hook and dial the feature code to change to Aux it works fine.
My question is, since this is a remote user....does this use a special port to change back and forth? I've checked Windows firewall and it is off. My last option is to have the user go into the office and see if the problem resolves there.
