Hello All. One of our call centers plan to have some agents work from home due to lack of office space. I'd like to use One-X Agent. At a previous job, we used IP Agent, and it showed in 'display capacity' as IP Agent. Does it say the same still or is it the AgentSC entry? Running CM 5.2.1. Thank You In Advance.

Still shows as IP Agent.

IP Agent R8 = OneX-Agent R1
IP Agent R9 = OneX-Agent R2

Also, AgentSC is only if you are setting up One-X Agent in DeskPhone mode. This would Share Control (SC) of the phone. If you find yourself in a VDI environment and want to use VoIP for one-X Agent, you would use the Avaya Agent VDI client in addition to One-X Agent and use the DeskPhone configuration to control the softphone that you log into with the Avaya Agent VDI client. This configuration will use both a one-X Agent 8/9 license and an AgentSC license.

Thank you both for the information.
