One-X Agent 2.5 doesn't ring or beep on incoming calls

One-X Agent 2.5 SP2 not beeping, ringing or playng zip tone for incoming calls. Calls won't ring through PC either. Active station ringing set to single. Sounds are not muted. Volumes are set to mid-range or higher. Incoming calls not ringing through PC external speaker either. Agents are complaining they don't know when a customer is on the line. Agents do hear whisper announcements on VDNs that have them. They do hear the confirmation beeps when they log in or out after the station is connected. All PCs are new Windows 7. This is becoming very troublesome because we are replacing all the Callmaster 2,3 & 4 phones with One-X Agent 2.5 sp2 stations and USB headsets. Does anyone know how to get the incoming call audio alerts to work?

Try installing the latest version. I resolved the issue installing the version Avaya one-X® Agent Release 2.5.4 Client Software

Put a trace up on the station that they are logging into to make sure the PBX is not denying their calls due to either bad dialing information or COR/Route Pattern restrictions.

I have installed a few 2.5.4 Clients and we are deploying the new client to all PC refreshes but haven't followed up with them for this issue. Calls are not being denied. All calls are still coming through to the agent on inbound. I will upgrade someone who would definitely notice if they were getting incoming call beeps/zip tones. Thank you.
