We are getting difficulties with IP phones on the range of 192.168.3.x subnet mask 255.255.252.0

The IPBX has been changed the subnet mast to 255.255.252.0 to accommodate the 192.168.1.0/22 IP block for more hosts.

The phones are being registered but the voice seems to be one-way traffic.
You can hear the voice from 192.168.3.x phones to 192.168.2.x, but NOT from 192.168.2.x to 192.168.3.x phones.

Waiting for your immediate support.
