One-way voice from IP phones

Hi,

We've recently developed an issue where some of our IP phones (IP2002) are able to hear the caller but the caller can't hear them. Rebooting the phone seems to resolve it temporarily for some but not all. Bandwidth on the network is low so that doesn't seem to be an issue. I've also tried changing the codec to g.723+VAD to try less bandwidth just in case.

Any other suggestions on what to check?
 
additional info - we are using a BCM400
 
As always, first thing to do is ensure that you are patched current. BCM.R400.SU.SYSTEM.024 was released on 13 October.
 
RESOLVED - It was a faulty switch in the chain.
