We have Cucm ver 9.1 two blding on this cluster fron one location there are two phones that when they call a certain section in the other building the called party cannot heat the calling party but the called party can be heard It is only in one small group of phones in each bld that has this problem any help appreciated
 
What is the network topology connecting the 2 buildings?

Typically, this is a LAN/WAN issue. Switches cease to communicate properly and this is a common symptom. It could also be a single blade failure as well. If it is geographically specific, look at the switches involved. If it is a bank of devices that are all on the same blade in one of those switches, focus there. This will take some leg work and more details to be able to isolate and clear. Post back when you solve your issue. I would like to hear what you needed to do.
