We currently have five meriidan cs1000's running in our network with a mix of analogue and voip phones across multiple sites.
We are having issues particulary between 2 sites when ringing from one place to another between 2 voip phones and then the call transferred to an analogue phone. Approx half of the calls experience one way transmission when transferred. The network links are across an MPLS network.
One way of fixing this temporaily is too clear the arp cache on one of cisco 3560 switches which cures the problem until the arp cache fills up or timeouts whichever comes first. We have updated the IOS on the cisco switch and the CS version is currently v4.5.
Has oneone ever come across this or similar before? Sorry about the lack of detail but any help would be greatly appreciated.
