One-Way talk path

Guys, I have an issue with a one-way talk path. I'm placing a call from my desk phone in the office to a VPN user at home. The call goes through and I can hear them but they cant hear me. If the remote user calls me it works fine, its just me calling out of the corporate office. When I call out I'm using medpro for RG 1 or RG 7. The vpn phone is on RG 11. Any ideas of how to get 2-way audio? Do I need to add a Codec for 11? Below are some screen shots.

Fairly typical. The issue is probably related to the specific subnets the VPN user has access to. You will need to modify the IP Network Regions to "anchor" your call on a Media Resource the VPN user phone can reach. If the Medpro for region 11 is in the same port network as your other Medpro resource simply remove ALL the connectivity in NR-11 to the other network regions. This will force the call to use a NR11 Medpro.
