One Way Talk Path - Shoretel over Verizon MPLS Network - Any ideas 1

I have a customer who has a new shoretel installation and they are experiencing one way talk paths between locations on a Verison MPLS network. What UDP and IP ports need to be open in the routers and firewall. Verizon says its the phone system.

The proprietary protocol for Shoretel is RTP 5004. If you are doing SIP to another system then the default is 5060.
