Hi,

We are trying to configure a H.323 trunk between an Avaya CM4 system and a Cisco Call manager 6 system, I've followed the documentation that I can find on this integration however I have one way speech.

I can call from the Avaya to Cisco and hear every thing fine on the Avaya phone, the phone also displays the extension name of the called extension on the Cisco system the called extension hears nothing once they answer the call.

I've checked codecs, network region and maps and can't see why we would get one-way speech.

Has anyone else encountered this issue or can anyone suggest where else I should be looking.

Thanks

Dave.

p.s. Let me know if you any additional information would help.

So signalling works, but not the udp stream - I would start at the firewalls (if any).

BIS is right these issues are usually related to Firewalls or NAT.
