one way speech with DRG SIP

Hi guys,
I need help, my system is MXONE TSE 4.1 SP1 HF2.
I have configured the drg with firmware DMA0021-R2N04 and configuration file DRG22i_MX-ONE_SIP_R1A, the call to digital extension and analog extension is ok. But the call to SIP extension don't work fine, i have one way speech and after some second the call drop.
Any idea?

I solved
works with all phones.
the problem persists using Bria softphone.
Any idea?
