Hi,
we configured new Mitel 3300 AX controller.
We are programmed SIP trunk between Siemens Hipath 3800 And X-8 with Mitel AX controller.
When we received incoming call on SIP trunk from other Siemens location to Mitel AX controller its working fine.
While we dial other location from AX controller to Siemens other location we are getting one speech.
we checked codec setting on both the system.

Please suggest.

There is Total 8 Location Interconnected with SIP trunking.
Seven siemens Hipath system and one Mitel 3300 AX controller recently installed.
If Call from other seven location to Mitel 3300 AX controller is ok no issue.
If call initiate from SIP trunk AX controller to other Siemens location that time we get oneway speech.
And Other intercalling between Seven Siemen System is working properly.

do all systems have sip trunks to all systems ?
What type of phones are on the AX ? are they all Analog?
when you say one way
which side can hear ?
can the AX extension hear the Siemens or is it the other way
One way or no speach is almost always ports blocked or routing .
Are there any firewalls in place between the systems

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Yes all connected throu SIP trunk

IP 5320 and Analog (from Analog there is no issue of one way speech)

Ax controller hear Siemens voice but siemens user not hear Ax controller

Yes they are created Voice Vlan.

ok so its only the 5320 handsets that have the problem

do they have the same gateway address as the AX ?
if the analogs are ok its because their speech will be delivered via the AX
the 53xx handsets will try and stream directly to the siemens pabx's

sip trunk isnt like an ISDn trunk where the pabx will proxy speech and signalling
with Mitel all forms of IP trunks will only send signalling via the pabx address
the speech will be peer-peer

the symptoms are suggesting that the 53xx handsets cant stream audio directly

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
