One way problems with PBX 3300, Teleworker and Sip Trunk

I have 2 central MXE 3300, the trunk sip reach the main PBX where phones work perfectly, secondary PBX is connected to the Main IP trunk and also have the Teleworker connected to the secondary PBX. Phones that are logean in secondary PBX when they leave the PSTN has ONE WAY AUDIO problem as remote phones, for their support on this topic.
