One way in conversation

We have IPO 406 V2, 30 x 5610 VoIP phoes, 10 x 5410 digital phones. The system is running fine for about 4 year. Recently, only the big boss complain that on his phone, everybody can hear him but he cannot hear from the others. Besides, when the others hang up, his call session never release if he does not hang it up.
We check the cable, swap the phone, look into his extension profile, but have no clues of what is going wrong. Please help, its the big boss phone, nobody else.

I imagine he has an IP Phone and your routing and/or network needs some attention. Try turning off Direct Media path (if it's on) until you get it sorted
