Hello!
I've recently been setting up a wireless network around the office which is outside our firewall. On the subnet is a draytek ADSL router, the external port of our main firewall, and 4 Senao 3220 wireless bridges running in WDS mode with STP enabled.

My problem is that although I can join the wireless network, and even get an IP address from the draytek's DHCP, I can't ping from a wireless client to either the draytek (which is the default gateway) or the internet.

Even stranger, I can ping any of the wireless bridges if I plug my laptop into the back of the draytek so its as if its a one way connection!

Does anyone have any ideas how I can make this connection work?
Thanks
MrK

Try disabling STP. If that helps you need to look into RSTP (802.1w).
