one way audio

Cs1000e 7.5 system. Patched pbx and signaling servers and mg cards this past weekend. .. following this get one way audio on incoming call center calls, tested and if call is placed on hold get two way when return to call. Seems as if had this issue a few years ago too but don't remember details. Anyone able to shed some light on this issue ?

Have you tried;

log into the sig serv hosting the H323 trunks and type vxShell.

then stat tunniling and disable tunneling.

For Rel 7.0

1. First check the state of H245Tunneling is ON or NOT, give

vtrk npmH245TunnelingState

Note:
0-Disable
1-Enable

2. To disable H245Tunneling , give

vtrk npmH245TunnelingDisable

I have not tried this, but I will look at it and give it a try. I am not very familiar with SS and how it works though.
