we have two site with s87xx servers each connected via ip-tie trunk.i'm using avaya agent for my agents registered on site A. this agents use the trunk facilities of site B when calling outside.we expirienced randomly one-way audio when we make calls for the avaya agents(using trunks of site B via ip tie trunk). the agents don't hear anything,but the called party hears them.
help anyone:)
 
I had a similar problem with one way audio. It turned out to be an incorrectly set IP network gateway on a medpro board.

Check the network gateway settings of the CLan and Medpro boards in each site.

check your inter-region codec settings, you need to tell the system which codec (probably codec 1) you want ot use between the different regions.
