I've posted before but I thought I would concentrate on one area. I've setup a pilot number 7000 that through ARS sends callers down a SIP trunk to Exchange 2007 UM. Out of 12 hand sets (all 5340) only four can interact with the UM system. All sets get "welcome, you are conencted to microsoft exchange unified messenger, please enter you pin" But only four will let you either type the pin or press * to go to another mailbox. With the rest the UM system just ignores all key presses.
The same can be said if I send users as above to the pilot number 8000, that via a SIP trunk goes to the Exchange 2007 Auto Attendant. The same 4 you can speak the name of a user and get put through, the rest for some reason don't hear you speaking.
The Mitel is a MXe with the last build of MCD 10 (not the new SP1)
