I am getting one way audio when calling from an Aastra SIP phone to SOME outside numbers over BRI Trunks.
Please note that:
The Astra SIP phone is at a remote location, which VPNs to the main office where the BRIs are connected to the 3300.
It is a very rare situation as when calling from the Aastra phone to some numbers (Outside numbers over BRI trunks) audio is OK both ways, but when calling to some other destinations we only get one way audio.
From the Aastra to IP phones in the main office audio is OK both ways.
Any Idea if I shoud change any of the parammeters in the SIP device Capabilities form??
