I have a customer that has just started having calls with one way audio over their SCN line. They are running 2.1.24 on their 412 control units with dual 20 VCM modules at each location. The problem starts about five or so minutes into the call. Nothing has changed on their configuration and this system has been working for almost 2 years with no problems. I have replaced each VCM module with no luck. I know this is probably a network issue. Has anyone heard of this ?
