I'm trying to set up a Infinity 5010w as a remote set off a Galaxy 250. I am only getting one way audio (outbound call, I can hear recipient, they can't hear me).
SIP ALG is disabled.
10000-12999 forwarded at both Galaxy site (to Galaxy) and remote site (to phone).

The default port range for RTP on UCX systems is 10000-13999. If you forwarded only 10000-12999 and a port pair from the 13000-13999 gets selected for a call, you'd see voice path issues.

The port forwarding rules for the RTP port range are required only on the router at the location with the UCX server. No port forwarding should be used on the router at the remote site (where the phone is).

Make sure that the correct public IP address is configured on the XSTIM settings page.
