I have a customer who is a hospital. At the main location they have two G450's with a mix of analog, digital and PRI cards. Most of the phones are IP. They wanted to add a G430 with two MM711 cards for fax machines. Gateway is up and cards have dial tone, but when they call outside numbers (or are called) they have one way audio. Gateway has been replaced.
They have remote locations with G430's and LSPs. From those locations MM711 and MM714 cards can make and receive outside calls without an issue.
Initially this gateway was set up in a different Network Region and Location so that I could set up the ARS to use different trunks when the customer goes SIP. I moved it to the same Network Region/Location as the G450's and the issue was still there. Also, the remote locations are in different Network Regions/Locations, so that doesn't seem to be the issue.
