One way audio on analog trunks

Has anybody had problems with one way audio problems on the BCM 50? The BCM 50 has only 4 loop lines and 5 phones, no voice mail. A very simple setup.

what type of phones TDM or IP?
does it happen on the extension level also?

if you are using IP phones, make sure you are using a layer 2 switch and not just a simple hub. You need a full-duplex connection.
