Hi

I have 1opt11c and one opt61c pbxs connected via PRI link;

i have call pilot 201i installed in opt11c, on the opt11c everything works fine(mailboxes+MWI)

i am able to configure mailboxes for an extension on opt61c pbx by "fdn" forward no answer this extension to the cpilot dn, and

by adding it as a mailbox on callpilot;

however i am not receiving MWI on the phone sets on the opt61c pbx,whenever they get a message.

I don't want to use NMS pkgs any workaround idea how to do it?

Regards

make sure that your PNI's match in the RDB

hows your networking.. a pri is plenty,, look at the rcap.. if i dial 1000 from the 61 to call ext 1000 and 2000 from the 11 to hit the 61 your callpilot will see it as one switch... if your dialing a code plus the dn between swtiches they are not networked so cp will have bugs

We use the same setup but the mailboxes for the offsite PBX have to be built differently.

Office with voicemail they are built as regular 4 digit boxes

Other office is built as 2953xxxx mailboxes

2 is our tie line code
953 is the prefix for other pbx(we also have 206 so that is why not 2xxxx
xxxx is the 4 digit extension of other site

MW lamps work fine for us, no issues.
