One user voicemail issue 1

We are currently running a Vodavi XTS system, and I have one user which when someone is sent to their voicemail, the caller gets the prerecorded message, but then the line drops instead of letting them record a voicemail.

I inherited this system, so I'm still trying to learn it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a setting within the user's mailbox that enables this. Access mailbox as user and rattle thru mailbox settings - you'll find it.
