One user not getting mail in exchange!!

I have a small network of a dozen users or so. I have a WIn2k server thats running everything...dns, exchange and AD. I have one particular user that since I set him up has not been getting his mail. All the other exchange users are working fine. Just this one doesnt get any mail. He can send mail out but if you respond back his mesage never comes and I never see it in his mailbox on exchange either. I deleted his account in AD and then re-added him, still didnt work. Any ideas would be great! Thanks!

Make sure that the user is getting stamper with an SMTP address. If that takes too long, add an SMTP address manually (in ADU@C), and when the Recipient Unpdate Service runs, it will restamp the user with the correct address.
