Hi,
I'm in the situation that a (notebook) user a member of our domain but also need to login at a customer with a Novell network.
Installed the novel client. No problem. Access to the machine is based on user@MyDomain.local also no problem.

But the rest gets messed up??
I'm using folder redirection. That's now messed up.
even policy's applied to InternetExplorer are not applyed any more on our network.

Is it possible to have a single network user that can use it's notebook on multiple networks, without a messed-up i.e. My Documents.

Have you tried selecting the 'Workstation Only' logon option when logging onto local domain using their Domain user account?? ( mydomain\jsmith )

I had to load the Novell client on one of our Windows Server 2003 servers to be able to get to files on a novell server used for document image storage.

This seems to work OK here.

Hope this post Helps.

Thanks
