hi,

I have created my own ribbon menu structure using XML and the USysRibbons table.

Everything seems to work fine for all users except one, who doesn't seem to be getting the custom ribbon appear?

What would be causing this behaviour?

Cheers,

Anyone? This is stopping one remote user from being able to use all the features in our DB systems.

It's OK, turns out they weren't running the right version, they had an old version prior to the ribbon change.

Do you sometimes wonder how some people manage to actually do their job, when some of them have trouble turning on a computer and reading emails?

Our lives would be so much easier without users!
