One user getting "Unable to open file" when running any report (ReportSmith 4.2)

Hello,

We have one user getting "Unable to open file" when running any report in ReportSmith 4.2.

Other users are not having this problem. This user was able to run reports previously. He has many saved reports defined, and does not want to lose them.
