One user canno progress to the viewer page...

Never seen this before >:-(
One user, when attempting to 'view', 'view latest instance' or 'schedule' a report, does not go further to a viewer page, or a 'customise your options' dialogue box.
She insted briefly sees, what looks like' a 'no entry sign' (red), and then the screen goes back to showing the reports in the folder (where she started from).
Her settings all looks like other's settings in the same group.
She has DHTML Viewer with ActiveX Printing control.
I have tried ActiveX viewer as well.

Has anyone else seen this?

It sounds like a pop-up blocker. If she has one, have her configure it to allow pop-ups for your internal URLs.
