Hi,

I have a problem:

i am operating a cluster with two physical servers with .20 and .21 physical addresses on the NICs. On the virtual side i am allowing any traffic from the .23(SQL) and .22(RDP) vitual addresses to pass via my firewall (PIX) and into the ATM cloud and back out the other side to the servers that are replicating with the SQL DBs on the local servers.

The problem i have is that whenever i RDP to the cluster it puts me on what ever VM is running the service at the time (which i can deal with). However when i sniff the network traffic is being sent out from the cluster with a source host ID of any of the above ip addresses. this is a problem as i only want the virtual addresses to over the PIX and into the ATM cloud.

How can i change this?

Thanking you in advance

Mark
