One touch transfer

One of our locations has recently moved from a key system to Call Manager we run in a centralized location, Ver 4.1
Their operator on the key system, used to be able to transfer calls by pressing one button which did the whole transfer-ext-transfer button combination all at once. Does anyone know if it is possible to do this on CCM?
I have set up a 7914 with autodials for key employees, where they can press transfer-button-transfer, but they want to take it one step further..... any help would be greatly appreciated.

CCM 6.0 will do this. It is a System Parameter setting. Don't remember the name of it. I will look it up when I get back to my system.

Yep not possible i dont think.
In CM6 you can now do one button autodial with presence. But i still think you need to press transfer followed by the button.
