On a TDA is there a way to program a key to one touch transfer to a ICD Grp, in the same way that a DSS key is used. My local Panasonic Helpdesk have been getting back to me for weeks on this but i need an answer quickly, does anyone know if this is possible.

The ICD group key doesn't work for this sort of thing. Only thing you could do would be create a one touch key and store the ICD group's ext number under it. You won't get DSS indiction of when the group is busy though....

Yes, One touch Dial does work , but my customer wants a DSS like indication, I didn't find a way to do it and was just checking to see if I had missed something
thanks for your input.

Quick work around, using a spare Analogue port, asign an Extn No. to it, use this for the DSS key then FWD ALL
to the ICDG No. Seems to work quite well
My Customer didn't want to press Transf then a OneTouchKey,
Only wanted one key operation to transfer to all of the Reception Phones
