I'm using a healthcare software that tracks insurances used by a patient. I'd like to pull out all the payers used for a single patient while keeping them together in one record. Right now I get something like this:

John Smith Medicaid
John Smith Medicare
John Smith Blue Cross
Mary Cooper Medicaid
Mary Cooper Medicare

For a total of 5 records.

Ideally, what I'd like to see is this:

John Smith Medicaid
Medicare
Blue Cross
Mary Cooper Medicaid
Medicare

For a total of 2 records.

I'm new to CR, so I don't know if this is a tough one or not, but would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Matt

To get the specific layout you describe you can right-click the name field, select Format Field, go to the Common tab and then check Suppress if duplicated.
This doesn't alter the number of records - but that's whatever it is anyway.
