hi to all

is there a AMO to pair two phone numbers with a single pen?

es 2600 and 3400 on pen 1-3-64-5?

no group but 2 number 1 phone thanks

What kind of phones are you talking about? Pretty much every phone has its own number - it's like a "serial number" and each phone has only one, but you can have APPEARANCES of other phones in addition to your main number. Back in the Hicom 150/3000 days it was possible to have an optiset phone XXXX with an analog adapter plugged in the bottom as YYYY, and that analog phone didn't officially take up a port, but I'm not sure there are ways to do that on the newer systems.

Depending on the version of HiPath 4000 / OpenScape 4000 you can setup what is called 'ONS - One Number Service'
Both (or more) phones ring for incoming calls, first device to answer gets the call the rest just get dial tone if handset is lifted too late to answer

Outgoing number can be manipulated to show the same number for multiple devices so the internal extension number is not 100% relevant any more

you might be able to build a dnit to target the Prime exten on the phone. inbound routing only, pubnum would still be assigned to the Prime exten ADD-DNIT:DNI,2600,,,,NO,3400;

hamncheese perfect with AMO DNIT i've 2 number on a phone for incomming calls

now it's possible to configure the tapro on optiset for select the outgoing line ?

hello andrea, your request is really interesting. could you be more clear in your request?

good day

DNIT has just forwarded one number onto another, you haven't configured two numbers on one PEN. You could have also configured a float extension and forwarded it to the real number, or used AMO RUFUM to translate one number to another.

If you want two numbers on one PEN and you have Optisets/Optipoint 500 - you can use a "phone" adapter" or "analog adapter" to slave another digital or analog phone off the master phone on the PEN (adapters will probably be on eBay), or, you can use AMO KCSU to configure a key system, and add a primary and secondary line on the same phone. You can these use the feature keys on the phone to decide which line to answer or select for outgoing.
