My customer added a new station and MM mailbox. The station appears to be programmed identically to the others including cover path, COR, COS, etc. She claims the MM mailbox is identical to all of the others. This particular station answers "....please enter the mailbox number of the person you are calling" (like it is in a non-integrated mode). For technical issues today, I do not have access to the MM to do a stare and compare of the mailbox programming so have to take the customer's word for it. List trace is the same for both a working station and the failing station. Does anyone have a magic bullet item to check? This is isolated to one station. ...And if you can't tell, MM is not my area of expertise.

Thanks for the fast reply. It is 5.1.

one of two things might be occurring.
- The called party ID for that station is not being passed to MM for proper integration
- The called party ID is being passed to MM but that number matches more than 1 mailbox (primary or secondary extensions) so it doesn't know which one to answer the call with

Thanks for the help. The customer had set up a mailbox and used a different extension number (the one causing the problem). Bottom line, programer error.
