Hi guys,
sometimes I wish we still could use ISDN lines ... SIP starts to drive me insane :3
On to my problem - It might be a small problem / brain fart, but I just can't wrap my head around it.
Out IP Office 500v2 (10.1) has one SIP Line with 6 channels. We now moved multiple numbers and blocks to our SIP provider and out of technical reasons, each number block and/or single number needs his own account (they can't mix those, maybe a german thing, but I also had this problem with other SIP ISP).
So I added the SIP line, added the 4 different accounts and one SIP URI.
After that incoming call routes to all numbers AND the users also have their number saved in the users > SIP tab.
URI Config and my problem...
- Group 0, local URI = internal data (from user>SIP Tab) everything else *, Reference = none
> Outgoing Call = Wait for Line, Incoming Calls from all numbers work like it should
- Group 0, everything *, Reference = none
> Outgoing Call = Wait for Line, Incoming Calls from all numbers work like it should
- Group 0, everything *, Reference = Main Account/Number
> Outgoing Call = Works, Incoming Calls for all numbers work BUT a number routed directly to an extension works, calls matching like 12345XX get routed to the main number (0) instead of the extension
- Group 0, local URI = internal Data (from user>SIP Tab) everything *, Reference = Main Account/Number
> Outgoing Call = Works, Incoming Calls to the main account number work, all others not (404 error in monitor, number is correct in "To" header (1234512@bla.de) and routing should (or does work with different settings)
If I add another URI with no Reference and and everything * all incoming calls work as they should and outgoing too.
BUT I need an 6 channel limit (of the ISP) and this way I have like 12 channels (depending on the number I give the two URI).
Outgoing Call Routing: ?/Call/./Line 50 (ARS)
and in ARS: N;/./Call/Line 0
Any Ideas?
