one set with 2 mailboxes ?

Anyone have a work around to light one lamp with 2 mailboxes???

I have 2 user's sharing 1 set.

can't be done. one has to be a guest mailbox.

Can't do.Best way to resolve is to get a second set.

You can setup Off prem Notify option and have it call Internal the phone.

another option is to use unified messaging and check the second mailbox from your email client. You won't have MWI light, but you would get notification via the email application.

On the same subject can you have the second mailbox messages appear in the inbox of unified messaging.

If so Can you tell me how to map 2 mailboxes to Unified messaging inbox

What that means is have one on the phone and one in UM on the PC. Still can't have two on a pc outlook at the same time.You can open outlook and enter one MB, then close outlook and open and enter the other but you wont see message indicate for the other. One on the phone and one in UM.Need keycode too.

I use message forwarding for that one. I set the second mailbox to forward to the users email box, that way they can tell the difference. Plus it is so easy to forward to the correct user. No more listening to the messge, and writing a note, just right click and forward to the person.

Works awesome for my company.
