One ring

We have a Merlin Legend 7.0 v10.0 and there is one particular phone that only rings one time when we dial that phone. I thought it might be the DND but that was not on. The phone doesn't stop ringing on the caller side just for the person getting the phone call. Any suggestions?

That phone is forwarded to another phone. (Or, Follow me is activated).

If it is forwarding, at the "ONE RING" phone, press FEATURE 33 and dial it's extension number.

If it is a follow me, press feature 34 and then press *.

That should do it.
