I have CICS 8/16 with Flash 4.0. Flash is set up to answer at zero rings (Feature 983, AA, TABLE, RINGS:0). However incoming call always rings once anyway (on all phones). CICS is set for broadcast, and before adding Flash, incoming calls would ring on all phones. Is there some way to eliminate the distracting ring before Flash answers?
