Morning,
I'm having an issue with our location with 1 ring disconnects for outbound calls, we have it setup for NI-2 and the telco has there set at NI. It is a PRI handoff to there Cisco 2921 router which the backend is SIP. I looked at the bcm monitor and i get a "Call state Mismatch", ive been working with AT&T adn they are getting the same error for the outbound. Below is a little debug from the cisco. Right now we have to set it to DMS100 on both ends for inbound (all calls work for inbound) and majority of outbound calls are working but there are random 800 and long distance #'s that we are still having issues with.
