One Report using Different Email Addresses

I have a report that goes to each one of our service techs. Their email address is accessible within the report if this matters. What I am doing now is scheduling a report for each service tech, their email address and filter to grab only 'their' records.

Is there a way I can do with one report? Dynamically grabbing their email address?
