Hi

For the first time in my life I really dont have a clue!!!

Here is the situation:
Two users in the same domain. User A can send email to user B. User B sends an email to user A, user A does not receive the email but according to the Message tracking Center in ESM the mail has been delivered.

There are no problems with either Outlook programs, have tried it on different pc's and besides this if the email was delivered to user A, he would have got it on his iphone thus negating any outlook problems.

Now if user B sends an email via OWA then user A receives the email.

Does anyone have any thoughts on how this is possible???

Thanks in advance.

Please ignore this posting ... the user had the mails sitting in their junk box. The user had told me they did not have the mails in their junk box earlier and I had taken their word for it .... only after checking it myself I found it.

:)
